The Southeastern Wisconsin Area Agency on Aging provides several programs to assist older adults, families and professionals about a wide array of topics including health insurance, information and referral to senior community services, senior training and employment, and long term care service options. County benefit specialists are often called red tape cutters because they are experts at helping older persons with the extensive and complicated paperwork that is often required in benefit programs.
