ADVISORY COUNCIL
The Advisory Council of the Southeastern Wisconsin Area Agency on Aging, ensures community input and participation in the development of priorities and delivery of services in our six county planning and service area. The Council also reviews and comments on policies, programs and actions that affect older persons and is responsible for assisting with the implementation of the agency's annual Elder Issues Conference.

The Advisory Council is comprised of a maximum of 15 members and the membership is made up of more than 50% older persons 60+. Terms of membership are limited to a two-year period and members can serve no longer than eight consecutive years on the council.
